The Knickerbocker family moved from Orangevale in 1974 to this 30 acre property to raise horses. The town of Lincoln was seven blocks long and lacking stoplights. It was a small country town and turned into a city. We developed Oasis at K Ranch to bring city folks to the country.

The Knickerbocker family have enjoyed Oasis at K-Ranch often over the years building lasting memories that they now want to share with you. Oasis at K-Ranch has been a 12 year journey creating a man made six acre lake, living quarters, gazebo and large facility to house events. Mom cultivates their farm to fresh produce weekly. She also helps feed their pigs on the lower half of the property along with the children and grandchildren. You can't help feeling their love that has been put into this perfect location for all your celebration!
