Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this supremely unique apartment has gorgeous city and mountain views and only minutes away from restaurants, shopping, numerous amenities and Lions Gate Hospital. Built in 1912, it is one of the last remaining commercial heritage buildings in North Vancouver. This location is the perfect home base to explore the city with hiking, biking and skiing right in your back yard. Whistler is also just a 90 minute drive away.
The space
One of only two apartments in this Heritage Award winning building this 960 sf. space is private, quiet and has fir floors, coffered ceilings and claw foot tub from the original layout of 1912. Fully renovated in 2012 by the current owner, the unit also has a gas fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights. There is a shared back balcony with a BBQ and stunning city views. The building is also home to a neighborhood coffee shop and a hair salon on the main level. Laundry facilities are also available in the basement if required.
This building has been featured in many commercials, films and TV series; most recently, A Dog's Way Home. The suite itself was featured in the series I-Zombie in 2017.
