Our property is quiet & private, backing onto a green space. All rooms are spacious and bright. We are conveniently located close to Hullo Ferries & Harbour Air, B.C. Ferries & Nanaimo Airport for easy access to Vancouver. We are near VIU as well as biking and hiking trails.
We do not charge a cleaning fee.

The property owner communicated well with check-in instructions and offered early check-in. The place was very clean, spacious and well stocked with a variety of utensils and other kitchenware, condiments, coffee maker and coffee and laundry soap. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet, well-equipped. Hosts were super friendly, extremely responsive to any requests I made, and very helpful in all. I stayed here nearly a month and really enjoyed it. The place looks out into a charming backyard that is visited by deer and other wildlife.

This is an amazing stay. The hosts are kind, accommodating, and so helpful. They provide everything you need in the kitchen, as well as a stocked closet with extra blankets. The hosts have a lovely backyard with a garden, firepit, and comfortable seating. Such a quiet neighborhood. You can just sit and listen to the birds. Its a close walk to a shopping center and close to the bus stops. The bus stops are through some cool little paths which were fun to explore. Overall this was an incredible stay. I was really impressed and appreciative of their hospitality. When I come back, I'll be staying here again!

Hatty's in Nanaimo

Loved staying here! Serene and peaceful. I would love to return in warmer weather, as the yard is so beautiful. The suite is tastefully decorated, and lacks nothing in terms of supplies. Bed was comfy, cupboards well stocked, and the place was super clean. I'll be back for sure!

We were very impressed with our stay. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and the host made every effort to include thoughtful items such as: a detailed binder of how to work appliances, local sights, etc; all utensils and dishes you would ever need; and access to a backyard space with a firepit and seating. The host gave us our privacy, yet we knew we could contact them with any issues. We also enjoyed watching the bunnies and deer that roamed in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay

Every step of this booking was efficient and professional. The rooms were immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The hostess Hattie provided every amenity, lots of thoughtful touches. The kitchenette was well equipped, everything was provided including coffee, cream, and sugar!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially sitting out back, listening to the birds, and watching the rabbits and hummingbirds. Highly recommended!
