Both stylish and modern, 3-bedroom villa, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Ideally located just a short stroll to Eastlands Shopping Centre and a quick drive to Hobart Airport, the CBD, and Salamanca Place. Enjoy year-round comfort with fully ducted air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, and all the essentials for a comfortable, carefree stay.
The Space:
On entering the property you are welcomed by a large living area with a comfy lounge with large smart TV, and a large 6 seater table and chairs. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook.
For your comfort the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bedlinen and an extremely comfortable queen size bed with ensuite including shower and toilet. There’s even a wall mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favourite show after a busy day.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable King Size Bed.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size ensemble.
The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and is located in the secure single lock up garage. There’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ for your morning sausage and eggs.
There’s of course WiFi provided.

The Neighborhood:
Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastland's, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastland's you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema.
Bellerive Quay is 2 minutes drive away it has great restrauants and great place to relax and a quite drink or two.
Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it.
Hobart’s CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
Taxi: If you need a taxi the telephone number is 131 008.
Uber is available in Hobart.
