Located in the ocean block on beautiful Rodney Avenue, this location is unbeatable! You're just steps away from Dewey's beautiful, guarded beaches, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with your friends and family. A vibrant selection of dining and nightlife can be found throughout the town, all within steps of the Delano. This 3rd floor walk up has a cozy living area, kitchen, dining room and full bathroom on the main level. There are two bedrooms and another full bathroom on the upper level. Parking is easy with two assigned spaces for your use and the building has a foot shower perfect for rinsing off after a beach day!
