About this property

Lakeview Retreat Holiday House

Tasteful, newly renovated 5 bedroom house with lake views。Light, spacious and modern with open plan living throughout. Situated in up-market Kawaha Point, which allows easy access to major tourist destinations, supermarkets and central city.

Each bedroom has its own themed decor and they are all light and roomy. The place has a large grassed outdoor area which is fenced and secure with locking gates.
Hot water heated by gas.

* Fireplace is not available. There are heat pump (air conditioner) and electric heaters for heating in the house.

We have to recycle rubbish in Rotorua, so please follow the instructions on the lid of the rubbish bin.
*Red bin is for general rubbish.
*Yellow bin is for paper, plastic (no plastic shopping bags), cans.
*Blue bin is for glass bottles(remove the metal top of the bottles)

There is a security camera at the entrance. 24/7 recording. Honesty regarding number of guests is appreciated.
The price of the house is dependent upon number of guests.
Extra guests without notification can result in termination of booking.

Great home in a great location

Quiet little street and super close to luge, shops, Eat Streat. Lots of heating available to make for a warm stay in the middle of winter. Great value for money with all the bedrooms.

Excellent accommodations. The house was spacious, clean and in close proximity to local attractions. Only improvement I would recommend is having separate bins inside for rubbish and recycling. Overall a lovely stay!

House is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Rotorua attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Being a lake property, there were a lot of ants in the home. The ant spray under the kitchen sink was empty so Jessica dropped off more ant killer. I sprayed every day but couldn’t get rid of them. We kept all the food in the fridge but they were crawling all over the walls, cupboards, countertops, table and even inside the dishwasher. I was disappointed spending my once-in-a-lifetime 35th anniversary trip murdering ants. One of the drain pipes outside the house came apart and we notified the manager. It didn’t really cause us any issues and the plumber came out and reattached it.
