We stayed for two nights with a group of five adults, four children and our dog. The house handled everyone comfortably, with plenty of space for the kids and a relaxed setup for the adults. Check-in was straightforward and Richard was responsive and helpful when we messaged him. The property was clean and well presented, and it was great to have somewhere pet friendly for the whole family. A good base for a weekend on the Kapiti Coast. We would happily stay again.

Excellent property! Richard was great to deal with and very welcoming, we were able to bring our dog along. Tennis court and pool were a great hit with the kids, lovely big house which was great with a big family. Excellent location with the beach so close.

This was a wonderful venue for a family gathering that included teenagers and grandparents. The property is very spacious and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We made the most of the pool, spa pool, tennis court, and table tennis. Very close to the beach and the village. We would very happily stay again.

Fantastic family spot in Paraparaumu!We had such a relaxing stay at the accommodation The location was perfect — quiet, private, and close to everything. The pool and spa were a real highlight, as was the tennis court. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was warm and welcoming. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great facilities.
