The Bergen apartment - it's part of our Scandi-style collection and it's seriously gorgeous! It's located in a completely renovated historical building with European vibe.

The location is excellent - just a 5-minute walk from Guy-Concordia Metro station and conveniently close to Montreal's cultural highlights including the Museum of Fine Arts, Mont-Royal Park, the Bell Centre, and various dining places on Saint Catherine Street.

The condo also offers a lounge and gym and free laundry.



Three identical bedrooms make it perfect for groups. This thoughtful layout makes The Bergen ideal for families, colleagues, or groups of friends traveling together.

The flexible layout allows you to choose the setup that best suits your stay — whether it’s 3 guests who prefer their own private room or up to 6 guests with bed sharing for a larger group.

If your group exceeds the apartment’s capacity or you need more space, feel free to reach out — I have additional apartments in the building that can accommodate your need

Each room features:

The property was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Street parking would be very difficult, but we used a nearby parking garage. It was a bit of a hike, but well worth it.

A very accommodating, secure place for a of family of 4, including 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment was modern and bright with lots of natural light. The rain showerhead in the full bath was so luxurious, we still talk about it. In a very convenient location, there is a great selection of resturants and markets all a quick walk away. We opted for parking in the nearby secure garage, but relyed on the metro(again very close by) to get around. We barely moved our car during our stay. In the quieter area of downtown.

Needs to be cleaned better

The unit is very close to lots of shopping, the subway station and great restaurants. BUT: when we checked in, we could not get in our unit the code was incorrect, but luckily the manager was in the building and she quickly changed it and insured we got in. The unit was in need of a good cleaning the desks in the room had dust buildup, there was hair in my sons bed, the carpet in the living room is badly soiled, the pots in the kitchen need to be replaced as they are old and scratched and very cheep, the knives have rust spots on them, and the wine glasses were dusty, and had to be cleaned before using them, the baseboards are very dirty and the walls need to be cleaned of dirt and black marks. The overall building reminds me of a University frat party, its loud at night with people streaming in at all times of the night when the bars close, I would not recommend families with young kids or older families as there are no elevators. This building is for the young 20-30 age group.

Staying in Shaughnessy Village is a fantastic choice for your time in Montreal! You’ll be right downtown, but without the overwhelming crowds.

If you enjoy exploring on foot, most major attractions are within walking distance. Prefer public transport? You’re in luck—several metro stations and a well-connected bus network are close by. The airport bus stop is just a 10-minute walk, and the metro is only 3 minutes away.

Just two blocks away, Saint-Catherine Street is lined with amazing international restaurants, cozy cafés, and great shopping. You’ll also be near universities, the Bell Centre, and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. If you're into high-end shopping, Holt Renfrew Ogilvy and other luxury stores are just around the corner.

For a breath of fresh air, Lachine Canal and Mount Royal Park are both within walking distance—perfect for a morning jog, a relaxing stroll, or even an evening picnic.
