The house is very clean and comfortable and stylish. We especially enjoyed the porch/sunroom for having breakfast and lounging on a very rainy day. The furniture is in excellent condition and comfy. The beds were great! It’s fairly convenient to markets, restaurants and Nauset Light and Marconi beaches. The grounds wouldn’t be suitable for kids to play outdoors. We recommend this house.

The house is lovely! Well furnished and great central location to both Provincetown and Hyannisport. We enjoyed our time as a family.

Delmar was great to deal with. I would book with them again but not for this property. We stayed in October and the sunroom was not heated which was mis leading. Also we were there during the North eastern and the owners would not give us an extra hour for check out and in fact showed up in the driveway early! Don’t stay in this property in the off season! Plus expensive…

As noted in the listing, the sunroom is a three-season space, meaning it is unheated so it may not be the most comfortable room during cooler weather. Regarding checkout, standard departure times must be maintained due to a scheduled cleaning timeline.
