Everyone was very responsive. When we arrived there was some garbage that a previous guest left in the wrong area. I messaged the local host and they responded immediately and had someone over the next morning first thing to take care of it. Great property!!!

Five of my friends and myself came down for a week of bass fishing Santee Cooper. We found this house about three months ago. Communication with the owner was very easy. They got right back with us. We had three trucks and three boats plenty of room to park plenty of beds. The kitchen area was great for cooking dinner every night. The house has plenty of room and would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival greeted with knee high grass. The host did get someone out to cut the grass right around the house. The dock os’s at the very back of the property and there’s no water view at all. The house is in great need of a deep cleaning. There was grease dripping from the exhaust fan over the stove. There was laundry in the washer and dryer so we had to finish those. The air conditioner is apparently on a timer so you can regulate the temperature at night. It defaults to 73 and it’s far hotter in the bedrooms. I did text the host at the end of our start summarizing these items. I received a canned response of thank you for the feedback. No apology.

Do not stay here. The unit was fine and in decent condition. There was no heat and the stove/oven didn't work (the propane tank was empty) so we had to leave. The owner and the management company refused to refund their profits. I ended up paying 550 to NOT stay here. Do not stay in a VRBO managed by Evolve. Footnote - even VRBO refunded their fees to me.

Very spacious home. Needs a deep cleaning. And a little sprucing up. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around the house. New grill needed. It’s a great house. It just needs a little TLC.
