We loved this house!! This is our 12th visit to AMI and we have stayed at 10 different houses over the years. This house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and appointed and had all the comforts of home. Also great location on the island - easy walk to the beach, quiet rode and a the golf cart was impeccable. Can’t say enough good things about it! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing home - our 3rd stay at Amie House and we will continue to come back! This home is spacious and has wonderful outdoor gathering areas. The best part is that it literally has everything you might need or want on vacation! Pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, kitchen tools, spices, towels, books, games, etc. The location is perfect and we had so much fun. 5 stars for sure!

We had an incredible experience staying at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could’ve asked for — it truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect: close to the beach, great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and relaxing.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Florida!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at The Amie House. Everything worked beautifully and we were a couple of blocks from the beach and a bike ride away from Pine streets. They provided bikes as well as beach towels, chairs etc… the house was fully stocked with anything we would need!

Beautiful house with everything you need

This was our second stay at Amie House and it was again, wonderful. It has every amenity you could possible want or need, and the communication from the property manager was excellent. The location was perfect - quiet and close to the beach. We look forward to many future stays!

We had the absolute best stay at The Amie House! From check-in to check-out, everything was truly so perfect. We could not get over how well maintained the property was! It’s so clean and so comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit, and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to the beach, Bean Point, and Pine Ave. (And a golf cart ride is a quick 2 mins to get anywhere you want!) Communication with Nicole and her team was so easy and just could not recommend this property enough. Thank you again, Nicole!

Fabulous property!

This was our second stay and it was as fabulous as last year. We love the house, the pool, the short walk to the beach, and all the fun activities for children and adults that Anna Maria Island offers. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing time

We came for Christmas with my family of 5. The house was beautiful and luxurious! We were so close to town and the beach with so many possibilities. We really enjoyed the property and will definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying in Nicole’s home! I’ve stayed in quite a few rental properties, and this was one of the nicest and well stocked properties I’ve been to. The pool was amazing, as well as the rooftop deck. Not to mention, it was a very quick walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in AMI!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Walking distance to beach, sunsets from rooftop deck, and it has everything and anything you need for a fabulous vacation. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, this one takes the cake!

Best house for vacationers

The house was clean and beautiful. I have stayed in three other similar homes on AMI previously but this house was the most guest friendly. I appreciated the little touches they made available (like laundry pods, coffee pods and sugar) so much. We would 100% book again!

Beautiful home for young families

We had a wonderful time at the perfectly furnished home for my family including my 8, 5, and 1 year old kids. The kitchen and bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Furniture was good condition. The backyard pool and hot tub were the hit during our trip when we didn’t want make the short walk to the beach. Would definitely come back again.

Great House for Family Vacation!

Beautiful house and great location for a quite family vacation. Loved the pool especially for an evening swim. Offered great amenities! Our host Nicole was amazing. Loved how to was always available and quick to respond. Also, loved the gentle reminders she would send before and during our trip.

Nichole was outstanding in meeting our needs as a host. We unfortunately had a medical issue whilst there and she pointed us in the right direction to get sorted showing empathy to our party, going above and beyond as a host.The Amie House omg was beautiful with all the amenities we needed, spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Family spring break

We had a wonderful vacation. The location of Amie House is convenient to beaches and restaurants. Communication with Nicole was easy. The house and pool are spotless and comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Everyone loved it and totally enjoyed a relaxing family time . Ten out of ten stars!
