Completely renovated and decorated in a contemporary style, this house is ideal for a getaway with friends or family.

It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a lovely garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A bathroom with bath, double-basin unit and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities will be at your disposal: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue, high chair, travel cot (please request this when booking; we will set up the travel cot for your baby). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting in the Rothéneuf neighbourhood. You’ll find a variety of food shops: delicatessen, caterer, bakery, café, restaurants and a crêperie.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s driveway.
