Clean welcoming place! Large spacious living room. Very comfy bed. Close to many beautiful beaches. The sunset on Lake Huron should be a bucket list item for all of us. Great host…great place.

While the accommodation was adequate, the set up was rather strange. The kitchen area was in the bedroom. There was a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, in the bedroom closet and along one wall was a shelf containing dishes, glassware, along with a open garbage can and a tupperware tub to put our dirty dishes in, as there was no sink to wash anything in. Having an open garbage can in the bedroom was disgusting (smell/bugs), although we did move it out of the room. We felt the cost was high for what the accommodation offered and it had stale smell when we walked in for the first time. You could not change the thermostat without calling the the owner.I myself wouldn't select this accommodation again.

Thank you for your stay. This unit is booked without a kitchen or kitchen facilities. To make your stay more comfortable we include a small courtesy area a microwave ,fridge and a few basics. EMPTY coffee maker and kettle BOXES were in the closet as they were still brand new items. This area is offered for simple snacks beverages and reheating. Small indoor garbage bin is standard in any room or hotel without a kitchen. Replacement bags and a new outdoor bin is provided to take your smelly trash out. Nothing in your review reflects an actual issue during your one night stay. Concerns are hypothetical and not relevant to the space you booked.

Everything about this VRBO was incredible!! Steve is an adept communicator, even though I never saw him during my stay - this privacy was appreciated. So was the clean, quiet, fresh space. Excellent proximity to groceries, LCBO & Lake Huron’s beauty! Thanks, again, Steve!

This is a basement unit. While it was not an issue environmentally, it was a bit of a hassle for load in load out. Clean and convenient for what we were doing.
