The Space
Kaimai Views Escape offers all the modern amenities you need for a rejuvenating stay for two. The open plan layout seamlessly blends the living and dining out to the expansive deck.

The cabin provides a full kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishdrawer and full size fridge/freezer. We provide a coffee plunger (coffee provided), Nespresso pod coffee maker (pods not provided) and tea making facilities. A washing machine and dryer is available for your use within the cabin.

Smart TV with Soundbar, Netflix, YouTube and wifi is available if you are staying in.

There is a dining table with 3 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while looking out to the Ruahihi Canal. This table doubles as a work station.

Wake up in the comfort of your cozy bed and be greeted by the ever changing canvas of rural views. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed with quality linen, along with a wardrobe and drawers ready for your unpacked clothing. There are a selection of high or low pillows for you to choose from.

The bathroom accommodates a large shower, toilet and vanity along with a heated towel rail and large light-lit round mirror. Bath towels are provided, along with beach towels if you wish to visit the local McLarens Falls for swimming.

There is a double carport for parking and a turnaround for easy access.

The Ruahihi Canal borders this property and is the perfect place to hone your angling skills in search of the perfect trout. Prepare a delicious meal using your fresh catch in the fully equipped kitchen or on on the BBQ while relaxing outside on the deck.

The 2km flat walk along the canal will lead to McLarens Falls where there are excellent swimming holes to enjoy, along with beautiful walks amongst the lake and trees. The Falls Cafe is situated within the park and offers a great selection of refreshments and meals (check first for open times).

Please note Kaimai Views Escape has a maximum capacity of two adults and we kindly ask that you do not invite your guests onto the property.

Guest Access
We offer contactless entry onsite via a lockbox but do reside elsewhere onsite if we are needed.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the Cabin, which is situated in a corner of our rural 2.5ha property.

Other things to note
We have an aging feline who may come to visit. Boogie likes company but please feel free to gently let him know if you are not a cat lover.
