As part of our insurance requirements, we kindly ask the booking guest to provide valid photo ID and a $500 security bond, which can be arranged via credit card authorisation, direct deposit, or a request through the booking platform. You’ll also receive a rental agreement to sign electronically as part of our standard pre-arrival process and confirmation of your booking.

Please note that we are in a natural part of the environment, and while we treat the properties regularly for any pests, changes in weather can very occasionally lead to the presence of ants, flies, or other insects. This is a normal part of the local climate, and we provide deterrents where needed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage keeping food sealed and doors closed to minimise these rare encounters.
