The property has modern decor and furnishings throughout. It includes the 2-bedroom main house with open-plan kitchen and living area opening out to a large deck. The third bedroom is a spacious sleep-out garden flat with its own ensuite and undercover deck. The secure garage containing table tennis (perfect for rainy days), is ideal for storing your mountain bikes and then there is the huge back yard with trampoline. The separate zones are perfect for small groups holidaying together, allowing everyone to have their own space.

Guests have full and private access to the whole property, including the sleep-out and garage.

Great property close to town, cool activities at the property like table tennis, managed to complete the rubix cube! Hosts were really friendly and great with communication. Sleep out and home were cosy, tidy and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again when returning to Rotorua thank you for letting us stay.

Kia ora! We're a mum and dad with two young boys who love to explore new places and have fun as a family. We live in Auckland but love it here in Rotorua and try to get down as often as we can for the amazing mountain biking, lakes, geothermal landscape and gorgeous scenery.

What makes this property unique

Our property comprises a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom main house plus a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garden flat / sleepout. Centrally located in a quiet, leafy suburb, less than 10 minutes drive to everything Rotorua has to offer.

The property has been recently renovated in 2025 and is tastefully decorated to reflect the local environment and Māori culture to provide a warm, relaxing home base for you to explore the region. With a huge fully fenced back garden, trampoline and table tennis available, the kids will be well entertained while you are barbecuing on the sunny deck or cozying up around the fireplace.
