The deck offers views of the garden & sea. It's a nice place to relax and watch the sunsets over the bay.

Walk the scenic bike/pedestrian path to the city or rent a bicycle and enjoy easy access to Nelson's many trails. With the city close by it's easy to explore the many shops, galleries and eateries.

The living spaces are characterised by bold and lively colour choices, creating an inviting atmosphere. These areas are well-furnished with comfortable seating and thoughtful decor, perfect for relaxation and socialising. Large windows and sliding glass doors connect the interior to an inviting outdoor patio, providing a pleasant extension of the living space.

Nice, comfortable home, however..... needs thorough deep clean. Couple of Spiders in home and dead insects in the corners of several rooms, dead cicada in the bed under the sheets! Also, a microwave would be handy.
