Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all used towels in the bathroom on the floor Clean the bbq if used. Pick up all dog waste and put in a bag before placing in the red bin. MUST BE IN A PLASTIC BAG & TIED UP.
Make sure you have all of your personal possessions. Turn off all lights, fans, heating and cooling. Remove all food from the fridge that you have purchased. Keys to be placed in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No dog to urinate internally. Pick up all dog poo outside and place in a plastic bag to then place in the red bin outside.
BBQ is to be cleaned if used. Advise if you break anything at the home.
Advise if you have used all of the gas, so we can refill for the next guest. Take all of your personal items with you.
