Our family group of 6 really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It is centrally located in the Grand Canyon area and provides room for a large group. We saw elk every morning coming from the Kendrick Wilderness area as they started their day browsing for food. And when it comes to star gazing, there aren't sufficient words to describe the most beautiful view I've ever seen; the Milky Way is on full display!
The host was amazing! This place is amazing! Everything I was hoping for in the rental. Such a lovely area and the host what above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our time there. We will be back!
Amazing how quiet, peaceful and relaxing this place is. At the same time, it is a quick drive to Flagstaff, Snowbowl, Bearizona and countless postcard perfect hikes. I would choose this place again without hesitation. This photos online cannot begin to describe the serene atmosphere of the wind blowing through the pines.
The cabin was beautiful surrounded by nature. It was just what I needed. I enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the porch. I recommend this place for everyone. Thank you. I will definitely be booking it again for longer, 2 days was not long enough.
The only surprise was the long dirt road to the property... bumpy and dusty. It was worth it once you arrived! Beautiful, peaceful setting and very nice log house with large hot tub looking out on the Forest
Our stay was fantastic. Veronica was responsive to all our needs. The home is large, comfortable, and in a perfect location for sightseeing Arizona. I highly recommend!

If you desire a quiet cabin in the pines, this is the place! All the rustic charm with the modern comforts. Upon check in we were all very pleased with the look and vibe of the cabin. Easy check-in, clean and well equipped with home essentials. We enjoyed the spa in the evening after our Grand Canyon adventure; highly recommend. A significant bonus for our family was having both of our dogs welcome. We chose the Hidden Cabin for our Grand Canyon and Grand Canyon Adventure Park stay with our grand children for their first visit to Arizona. Our group consisted of myself, spouse, one pre teen and two teens. Absoluteltly beautiful and peaceful area. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds and had plenty of personal space. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning another visit during the snow season.

We spent two nights at the cabin with our two dogs. It's a wonderful place to escape and enjoy the sounds and smells of the forest, the cool weather, and the millions of stars in the dark night sky. The cabin is well equipped with everything you might need. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was comfy and a great place to snuggle in for an afternoon nap. We did a little hiking and made a couple of drives around the area, but we ended up spending more time at the cabin just enjoying being away from the city and relaxing. And the hot tub was the perfect place to do that! Our dogs loved poking around the yard and just hanging out on the front and back porches with us. We saw plenty of deer just coming and going from the cabin and spotted elk more than once. We could hear them bugling at night, so we knew they were nearby. The little Parks Store in the old gas station on the corner at the turn up to the cabin has some very basic necessities (bring groceries if you plan to do a lot of cooking at the house), but the biggest surprise was their breakfast burritos! We saw a review online that they were good and picked up two on our way out to Scholz Lake. The bag must have weighed 5 lbs! They were HUGE! It covered breakfast and lunch, and we still didn't finish them! We loved our time at the cabin and were wishing we had booked a third night.
The place was exactly as listed. Host was very communicative and answered promptly with any questions we had and even offered to let us stay past check due to the snow storm.
