Wonderful Weekend
Fantastic house! Very cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean, PLENTY of towels, comfortable beds, great location. Having 3 bathrooms was great! The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was nice too. We hope to return for another stay!
A perfect place for our family during UD family weekend! We loved the shops along Main Street, visited the coffee shop next door each morning and had dinner at Woody’s! We will definitely be back here.
Fantastic experience from booking to check-out! Great communication from host. Nicely appointed and inviting home. Layout provides gathering spaces while also providing space for any needed quiet/alone time (loved having bathrooms for each bedroom). Really appreciated the thoughtful details from the ample number of quality, absorbent towels to replacement toothbrushes. Lastly, the location was phenomenal, with quaint coffee shops, full service restaurants and boutiques within feet and large chain stores and restaurants within a short drive. The only thing that could've been better is if we'd taken more time to stay longer!

July stay
This is our third time staying at the property. It’s under new ownership this time but the experience was just as good. We rented to stay in while at a family reunion in town. It’s perfect because it’s close to all the shops and the best coffee/donut store, Chesapeake Coffee, is right across the street! The communication with the rental service was excellent. We called to request an additional day and it was an extremely smooth process. Highly recommend this property.
It was really lovely. The house is beautiful and located on the main street of town, just steps away from an amazing coffee shop and fabulous lunch and dinner places. The kitchen looked well supplied, tho we didn’t cook. The twin beds are in the first floor, with a bathroom; you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The second floor has two lovely bedrooms, which each have a bathroom. My mom was able to climb the four steps with a nice railing to get into the house and the second story steps with a nice railing to get up to the master bedroom, and one step down to dining room. Two zone air conditioning (upstairs and downstairs had their own independent thermostats) meant everybody was comfortable. The washer and dryer worked well. The water pressure and hot water was excellent. We loved the front porch rocker and swing, watching people walk by. We didn’t use any of the other amenities, but they looked nice. The staff was reachable by phone or text ans responded quickly. 5/5 stars
