This comfortable apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering the ideal setup for families, couples, or friends.
The master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a refreshing shower.
The second bedroom offers one Full-size bed and one Twin-size bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements, and has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo — great for relaxing after a day at the parks.
Both bedrooms include Smarts TVs with Cable TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a two-burner cooktop (no oven), microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishware you need to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.
For added convenience, washer and dryer facilities are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the same building. Each laundry cycle costs $2.50.
You’ll also enjoy free parking right outside the building, plus access to ice machines and vending machines available in every tower.

Property was lovely. Unit clean and comfortable. Property had several outdoor cats that was disturbing for us as we are animal lovers. Assuming they keep cats for mousing purposes but having signage up to assure guests that cats are being looked after and cared for would be most helpful.

Me and my friends stayed in this apartment for the second time, it is very well located, especially if you want to visit Universal Park. The unit was very clean, no smells or bad odors, super comfortable beds, the people in charge of the unit were super attentive and helpful.

We were minutes away from Universal Studios where we spent 4 busy days enjoying ourselves. There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The property was clean and fulfilled our needs nicely. The communication with the owners was awesome, answered all questions we had in a prompt manner. They were nice to work with and appreciate their communication with us to ensure we had a nice stay and that everything was good with the condo. Thank you!.

Very nice unit

This was a very nice unit. We had 5 people staying there and it was bit small. It is within walking distance to Universal, but I will say, it would not be an easy walk if you have little kids. It is on busy roads and you have to cross the freeway. This was fine for our group as we were all adults and teens. Uber for 5 was anywhere from $10-$40 depending on how busy they were at the time. I gave it 4 starts for a couple of reasons. The first was the hot tubs were not working. When I told the person at the front desk, he kindof argued with me that they were fine, but eventually said he'd let the pool people know. The other reason is, in my opinion, there were not adequate towels and washcloths. In fact there were no washcloths at all in the kitchen or the bathrooms. There was one towel and one handtowel per person for the bathrooms and 4 pool towels. There were no kitchen towels. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Great location to Universal and Discovery Cove.

The room was exactly what we expected. The disappointment came from issues with COVID. Front desk is closed. No one to ask if questions arise. The restaurant we thought was on-site was not open. Shuttle to parks not going at this time. Never found indoor pool or washing machine to wash our towels. Just like I said, COVID just interferes with the conveniences we have come to appreciate.

This place is the perfect size for a family. It’s location is perfect if you will visiting the main Orlando Attractions. We had good stay and the property manager was very communicative and helpful.

The 4 Disney Parks are a 18 minute car drive away

It’s 10 minutes from Sea World and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 9 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.
If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle departing right outside the guest registration area (not free). Fees do apply!
