Our cottage is located less than 30 metres from Lake Erie and comes with natural environmental conditions that are common to the area.

Lake Insects & Spiders
Seasonal hatches of mayflies, midges, and other lake insects may occur depending on weather and water temperatures. As part of the natural ecosystem, spiders are common and may build webs overnight, even after cleaning.

To protect Lake Erie's environment and comply with Ontario environmental regulations, we do not use excessive chemical pesticides

Our previously booked vrbo accommodation had a host that did not communicate regarding original booking, which was confirmed in March. Dim assisted with group accommodation which was required short notice.Property and home were not well maintained. Specifically the interior of the home had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Advised host of conditions and sent photos. Once those details were sent, there was no further communication received from host.
