The heart of the home is the modern kitchen and dining area — fully equipped for longer stays, group meals or entertaining.
With two separate lounge areas, there's space for everyone to spread out and unwind. One lounge features a large smart TV and sound system — perfect for movie nights or streaming your favourite shows. The second lounge offers a quieter retreat, ideal for reading, games or a separate area for the kids!
The bedrooms, all on the ground floor, are spacious and comfortable with quality beds and furnishings. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a week, you’ll feel right at home. With a modern bathroom, extra separate toilet, full laundry facilities, and thoughtful extras, this property is designed for effortless stays.

There aren't any photos of the rear garden as the lawn was only sprayed this week ( 13 June 2025).

Therefore there isn't a play area for children however there is a park not too far away.
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
No tents.
Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
