The stay was wonderful. They had lots of cooking utensils and cookware/bakeware. The only issue which is kinda out of their control was a ton of bees in the back yard. My son has a bee allergy so we kept him inside.

Great location and house with a fully fenced private yard. It was easy to get to and instructions were clear. We enjoyed our stay. It’s worth pointing out though this home does not have central air conditioning. It only has two portable cooling units, both were upstairs. There is no air conditioning or cooling at all on the main level of the home. If you’re coming in the summer from Phoenix like I was and the temps are over 90 it will be very hot in this home. Cleaning crews also need to do a better job as the place was a bit dirty and needs some maintenance, but I feel the price was appropriate for those issues.

Great stay on Flagstaff

Recommend booking here! The house was nice, the beds are comfy and my favorite was the great wrap around porch and fenced in yard. The host left nice touches such as cotton balls. Would stay here again!

We booked this property for the game room which we were not able to use due to there being no light!? Evidently, the main light blew out & was never fixed. The only light was the garage light from the garage door when you open or close it, which shuts off after a few minutes & is very dim. We tried calling our contact several times. First time, no answer & the message machine was full. Second time, we left a message with all details & got no response. Third time, we left another message with details & again, got no response. The property showed 2 firepits outside & a wood burning stove inside. But the property Instruction book on the coffee table strictly forbid use of the wood stove inside & said No Fires! So we couldn't even use the firepits & went home with the wood we purchased. There was laundry detergent & toilet paper dumped on the front porch for Us to haul inside when we arrived! The coffee Keurig machine didn't work either. We went & purchased one so we could have coffee in the mornings during our stay. This place was disappointing!!! The interior was clean but the plastic on the mattresses is very tacky & uncomfortable. And having us pull all the sheets off the beds & wash & put away all the dishes was very odd. Usually dishes are left in the dishwasher to be properly cleaned, then put away by staff as some peoples idea of a clean dish is not what others see as clean. And if I'm paying for cleaning with my stay, then I shouldn't have to do it. But we did anyway.

Firstly we were delayed 2hrs after check-in due to cleaners not completed. We were disappointed that we were unable to use pictured wood stove for warmth & the thermostat kept turning off so heat wasn’t consistent. The mentioned arcade games were missing & the garage/entertainment space had no heat so it was impossible to use. Additional disappointment was broken bikes, no seat cushions for outside furniture, no ping pong balls for table with broken buildings & lights in backyard. The fenced yard & wrap around porch is nice & kitchen is nicely stocked with excellent cookware.

The home’s exterior is lovely and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. However, some amenities were unavailable, including the fireplace and fire pit, which were listed but marked “do not use.” We were told this was due to local restrictions, though nearby homes had active fires.Inside, we found a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, such as a loose toilet seat, missing light bulbs, and no hand towels. The cleaning staff came came to find them, but those issues, including others weren’t resolved. The home could have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially considering the cleaning fee. Overall, a disappointing experience despite the nice location.
