Nice little place. Easy to get into. Great location close to Freret Street. Perfect for a couple. Bikeable to everywhere; we took Octavia to Norman C. Francis bikepath/overpass and then to Lafitte Greenway to get to the Quarter in about 25 minutes.

This property was perfectly located for my needs. It was very clean, very comfortable, and close to walk to the many good restaurants on Freret St. The property owner/manager was very responsive and thoughtful. Great stay.

Easy check in, very responsive and reasonable host. Great location, close to Loyola and Tulane, and only a couple of blocks away from Cure NOLA, the best cocktail bar in New Orleans. A bar so great it doesn't even have a sign. Would def stay here again.

Great area for dinning. The house is only a couple blocks from Freyet St. Our favorites where High Top and Vals. We where contacted about half way through our stay to offer clean sheets. The home was cozy and we felt like we where in a safe location.

I had a beautiful visit in this charming home. The owner was attentive to every need and made sure I was comfortable. There was an abundance of towels, a washer and dryer, a kitchen with plenty of coffee, and great natural lighting. I happened to stay during the coldest nights of the year and he was kind enough to have extra blankets and make sure all the gas heaters were working well. It within walking distance of Tulane university and about 10- 15 min ride to other major attractions in the city. I will definitely rent this place out again the next time I am visiting.

This space was amazing. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary, and we had a great time celebrating together. We stayed in most of the day to enjoy ourselves and then went out at night. We were able to find parking right in front and kept our car there all weekend without worry. The neighborhood was nice, the roads are a bit narrow, but Uber/Lyft didn't have an issue finding where we needed to be picked up. Would definitely stay here again! This space was incredible. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time together. We spent most of the day enjoying ourselves indoors and then went out in the evening. We were able to find parking right in front and left our car there without any worries for the entire weekend. The neighborhood was pleasant; although the roads were a bit narrow, Uber and Lyft had no trouble picking us up where we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights for a tango event. The apartment is in a quiet Uptown neighborhood — not in the heart of tourist spots, but about a 20–25 minute drive to most venues. Clean, nicely decorated place with a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Host left complimentary snacks, water, juice, oatmeal, sugar, and coffee — a lovely touch.Check-in had a small hiccup with the door, but the host sorted it quickly over the phone. Comfortable, peaceful, and good value — would stay again.
