Waste Management - Put out rubbish and recycling roadside using: - Wheelie bin (general waste) - Green recycling bin (recyclables)
Final Check - Switch off all lights and electrical appliances - Ensure all doors are locked on exit
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect for Neighbours and Quite Hours - Quiet hours: 8:00 AM - 10PM - Strictly no parties or events
Property Care: - Sand: Please rinse off before entering - outdoor shower provided - Wet items: Use designated areas for wet towels, swimwear + gear
Parking: - Maximum of 4 Vehicles permitted to park on back lawn only (including boat/ trailer - Please do not park cars on sidewalk

This is a lovely space for a cozy get away with friends or family. Close to the beach and light house, lovely views out on the deck, comfortable rooms and beautiful interiors. Thank you for having us!
