We have just completed huge renovations on our bach & can’t wait to share the upgrades with our guests!
The smell and touch of the Pacific ocean is right on your door step. This property is all about location and Views. Absoultely unmatched access to the Pacific and your gateway to unlimited recreation.

Castlepoint is renowned for its landscape and unmatched diving. Crayfish cove offers you a holiday with the location you deserve. The views are 1 in a million.The famous castlepoint lighthouse is right outside and awaiting your arrival. Enjoy the famous fishing from the reef as well as the safe boat launching on offer.

Swimming , surfing and surfcasting are right on your door step along with guided trophy deer stalking if you wish.. Castlepoint offers extensive recreation for all families from Fishing and diving / Surfing / Great walks / Golf and tennis / hunting and the all important family time on the beach. Low tide offers many a hours searching rock pools.

This part of the east coast offers unlimited recreation for the angler and diver with many a fishing competitions held throughout the year.

Make this not just a holiday but an adventure. With a property nestled over the ocean your imagination is the only limit.

Crayfish cove is 1 of the original Bach s from the early settlement. With very rear opportunities to holiday right on the water in New Zealand please let us share our dream with you.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition this bach is BYO linen (towels/sheets/tea towels). We do have access to a Full Linen Service if you would prefer - we can organise this for you. Guests are expected Leave the house as tidy as you found it, do the dishes before you leave, take rubbish and recycling away with you etc

Very comfortable and tidy bach. Spacious open plan kitchen and living room. Stunning seafront views toward the lighthouse, especially at sunrise. Instructions on how to unlock/ lock the front and back doors would be helpful. They appear to be lift to lock, which we hadn't encountered before. Very close to dairy, which serves great coffee and fish and chips.

Amazing location

Gorgeous little bach - the location was perfect. Waking up to the beach view was lovely. Close enough to the shop so the kids could walk down and we could see them the whole way. Loved our few days stay - hope to be back soon!
