Welcome to Mint Julep, your ideal beachfront vacation rental on the quiet, unspoiled shores of North Captiva Island. This spacious and well-appointed home offers direct private beach access and panoramic Gulf views, making it the perfect escape for families or groups seeking a memorable Florida island getaway.
The outdoor spaces at Mint Julep are designed for maximum enjoyment, featuring an expansive covered porch with outdoor seating and a gas grill for waterfront dining. After a day on the beach, rinse off in one of the two outdoor showers before relaxing with a view of the sunset. The home is just steps from the sand, so you can come and go with ease throughout the day.
Inside, Mint Julep is both stylish and family-friendly. The open-concept kitchen includes a gas stove and everything you need for home-cooked meals. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speakers, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, the home includes two master suites with king beds and private bathrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children or extra guests. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the included pack n play and high chair.
This North Captiva Island vacation home includes a four-person golf cart to explore the island’s car-free roads. A second golf cart is available to rent for $50 per day. Mint Julep is also a pet-friendly rental, welcoming dogs up to 60 pounds with an additional cleaning fee and pet deposit.
As a guest of the Island Club, you’ll enjoy access to amenities such as a community pool, lounge areas, and convenient ferry transportation to and from the island, including luggage assistance.
