Awesome unit well equipped and clean.Sooo close to the salt water pool and ocean was great and enjoyable every morning, afternoon, and evening. Very well kept grounds added to the overall comfort and peaceful relaxation.We would defiantly come back and highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in the Kona area!

Amazing Stay in Kona!

We had a great time in Kona and loved this property. We especially appreciated that all the beach gear we needed was available to us. Also, watching the sunset over the ocean while swimming in the salt pool right outside our door was unforgettable!

Finding the complex was fairly easy to find but it is quite a ways from the shops and restaurants. Unit is large and clean. We had the fridge beeping and contacted the property manager, she looked after very quickly. Living room furniture is quite dated and tv is more the size of a bedroom tv. Looked out of place in the living room. Bed was very hard, not our preference but the lanai was great to hang out on. We enjoyed the views and the pools. It was our first time in the Big Island and wish we had more time.

Terrible facility. Broken door, not clean, found dead lizards and cockroaches on check in, Patio was under construction with a large wooden plank blocking the patio door. Furniture was old and lumpy.

"From the owner: Thank you for sharing your feedback. The home’s ground-floor, oceanfront location is one of its most special features, offering easy access to the beach and nearby community areas. During your stay, the nearby HOA work temporarily involved a covered area that did not block access to the lanai or common spaces. The home is professionally cleaned between stays, and as with many ground-floor, oceanfront homes in Hawaii, occasional insects can appear despite regular care. The furnishings, including the sleeper sofa, have been updated to support comfort, and the home has consistently received positive feedback from guests for its location and upkeep. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and remain committed to providing a welcoming stay for future travelers."
