Very family friendly neighborhood great communication with the owner houses exceptionally clean we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return again for our family vacation beautiful rental it was the area and location was perfect surrounding all the major stores everything you could ask for was there

The place was a very nice place to stay at. But we did have one of our vehicles towed away as he part of his back tire on the side walk. Also we had no Wi-Fi throughout our stay there and some of the cooking pans were usable. Other than that it was a great stay. Thanks

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay very relaxing we loved to sit on the back porch an watch the kids swim it was a much needed family vacation the was very clean other than some dust in spots would book with them again we had 11 people an you couldn’t tell in this house

The place is family friendly and I had no issues with contacting the host when I had a question. We were in a great location not far from so many things and the grand children and god children basically lived in the pool. We were a family of 14 ( 3 couples, a single mom and the rest children) and we all fitted comfortably. Upstairs flooring needs to be addressed and we only came in contact with a raccoon once. I would boom again if we come back to Florida.

Loved the unit we selected. Only issue I had was with disposing of the trash in the trash compactor around the front of the building. Be careful because it is raccoon haven over there and I was not prepared for that. Other than that....the unit was perfect for my large family.

The stay was great! The house is ideal for a large family/group. The property management needs to deal with bugs on first floor. The pool and surrounding area needs cleaning. The screen door latch needs repair at one end of pool area, and the screen needs to be repaired where holes are at base around edges. The grill area is nice but grill was not cleaned and should be free of charge to use. Last, the entire development should consider bigger trash bins or two per unit to cut that can secure trash better to avoid encounters with raccoons.Overall, house was great!

There were crumbs and dirty paper towels under the couch.We had issues and the host did not do anything until we were about to leave.Pool was not cleaned.Several roaches were crawling around downstairs.Ice machine did not work. Family friendly just too many issues and the host acted like they did not care.

The property is very spacious, it can fit lots of people. However, we rented a house with a pool and we couldn’t use the pool, it was full of bugs floating around and many more dead in the bottom of the pool.The management did get back to me but only to tell me that it’s seasonal and that they cleaned it on schedule. We shared videos and pictures that showed otherwise. I’ve rented many Orlando homes and have never seen a pool with that many bugs, scores of them, not just the incidental dead mosquito, bee or spider. Rent it for the spacious accommodation, not for the pool. Indoor cleanliness I’d say it’s 5 of 10 with some dead roaches, stained coaches and swept under beds dirt.
