The place was nice but couldn't use any of the amenities such as beach and pool. The roof top pool was closed most of our trip due to winds and beach couldn't be used because the sand was pelleting us. The Marriott still charged us over 35 per day for the resort fees. I felt like I signed my life away with the rental agreement and was nervous the whole time that I wouldn't do someone excactly perfect per the agreement. Late check in after 4 pm and early checkout at 10 am made it impossible to take advantage of the resort on arrival and departure days. We did use the bike rentals on two days for 2 hours which was nice. Florida weather is very unpredictable in January and February so not sure we will be back.

glad you found the resort nice. unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over mother nature or what is closed by the resort on bad weather days. January is typically always our coldest month of the year, which is why you got this at such a discounted last-minute rate. if you want to be guaranteed better weather you could always come at a later date in the year when rates are much higher. basing your review basically around bad weather is wrong. the check-in and checkout times are very clearly stated in the ad to you before you book. if those times didn't work for you, ill be honest, I'm not entirely sure why you booked it. our guests absolutely can take advantage of the resort before 4 pm on check-in day and after 10 am on departure days as the front desk will hold your luggage. the spa is also available to you on those days to shower, etc. had you asked, we would have informed you of this as we do not assume our guests are arriving early or staying late. we have many of our guests that do take advantage of this in all of the condos we manage here. take care

The hotel was very nice! The property was beautiful. Great private beach access. The only thing is the daily fees. You are charged a 250 deposit daily. You are suppose receive your deposit back within 5-7 business days upon checkout.

Awesome unit! Will definitely return if in the area again.Only critique is checkout is at 10 AM and at 9:30 AM. The cleaner was knocking on the door and seemed annoyed that I told her we wouldnโ€™t be ready until 10.
