'Villa Azzurra' is located in Syracuse in the seaside resort 'Fontane Bianche', which is famous for its almost white sandy beach and clear blue sea. Perfect for beach holidays and cultural holiday. The cottage is located directly at a very quiet coast, at the end of a cul de sac in a gated community, where you can find in the immediate neighborhood tennis courts, soccer fields, open-air cinema, a small church and a playground for children. It's functionally and comfortably equipped and has recently been renovated. The house consists of a total of 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), a shower room, living room and dining room with TV, kitchen, air-conditioning (winter / summer) and a terrace with barbecue.

The property is approximately 500 square meters (fully fenced) large. Shopping facilities nearby, within walking distance.

Tolles Haus, wir kommen gern zurück

Die Wohnanlagen sind schön gelegen und wir haben die 2 Wochen dort sehr gut genießen können. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen und in 200m gibt es einen kleinen, sehr herzlichen Supermarkt.

Sehr gute Lage der Villa - September 2020

Die Lage der Villa war für uns der entscheidende Grund diese für 2 Wochen zu mieten. Die Palmen spenden ab 12 Uhr Schatten und ein kleiner Baum schon vorher. Auf unseren Wunsch hin wurde zusätzlich ein Sonnenschirm und ein Toaster am folgenden Tag vorbeigebracht ! Die Villa ist schon etwas “gebraucht“ hat aber alles, eher zu viel, was man so benötigt : 2 Sonnenliegen, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Steckdosen für deutsche Stecker, Klimaanlage und Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern. Es gibt ein kleines älteres TV-Gerät mit 100 Programmen. Ich habe allerdings keinen deutschen Sender gefunden. Das oft erwähnte Hundegebell am Mittelmeer war hier leider auch tlw. vorhanden. An einigen Abenden ist eine etwas ältere Nachbarin beim Fernsehen wohl eingeschlafen, so daß unsere Nachtruhe gestört wurde.

vista 5 stelle, pulizia e stato alloggio ai limiti della decenza

Posizione dell'immobile fantastico, giardino ben tenuto, vista mare, da valutare 5 stelle...l'alloggio in se, per quanto si veda dalle foto dell'annuncio che non sia nuovissimo, è al limite della decenza... da valutare 1 stella. Gentilissima la signora che ce lo consegna, che in più occasioni si scusa delle mancanze dicendo che già aveva informato i proprietari...lei stessa ce ne mostra alcune (per rassicurarci che tali danni già erano presenti e non ce li contesterà alla riconsegna). Cucina, pensili e stoviglie sporchi...se è stata fatta una pulizia prima del ns arrivo, devono averla fatta con gli occhiali da sole! Infissi che non chiudono bene, forse anni 70...TV che non funziona, zanzariere mezze rotte e tapparelle che non scendono (le guide sono completamente arrugginite)...non commento lo stato della 'lavanderia' e dei vani sotto-lavello della cucina nel portico. La casa, ci dice la signora, è utilizzata dalla famiglia per lunghi periodi...ecco perchè troverete di tutto e di più nei mobili e nei vari vani. Altre case che ho preso in affitto erano VUOTE se non per le forniture riservate agli ospiti entranti! Francamente non ci tornerei nemmeno a 50€ al giorno! Ho tutte le foto che documentano ciò che dico.

Stupenda vista mare!!!

La casa ha rispettato le aspettative e la posizione è ottima. Direttamente sulla scogliera. Il mare è comunque accessibile facilmente tramite apposite scale. Casa non molto grande (due stanze da letto piccole + divano letto) ma ben tenuta e con tutto ciò che serve.Molto bello e comodo il loggiato esterno e il giardino.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großzügigem Grundstück und schönem grünen Rasen auch im Hochsommer (nicht selbstverständlich auf Sizilien). Gute Ausstattung, schöner Blick, nette Anlage. Auch hat uns die Außendusche gefallen. Das absolute Highlight: Das zum Haus gehörende Boot (großes Kanu). Der Strand ist zwar felsig, das Meer aber über Badeleitern problemlos zu erreichen. Das Wasser ist glasklar und fischreich, eine Schnorchelausrüstung lohnt sich! Alles in allem war es ein sehr entspannter Familienurlaub.
