One of the main reasons for choosing this property for this trip was that it had a hot tub and it was broken for two out of the three nights. Also, as soon as we checked in, we realized the house was infested with flies, even upstairs in the bedrooms. This must be an ongoing problem here as there were many flyswatters in the house Nice house and neighborhood, but these 2 issues really took away from the stay!

The home is lovely and very clean. I love the fact that each bedroom has its own bath. To be honest I felt it was overpriced....was this due to the UA football game? probably. I was not there for the game however. I did have an issue with the hot tub...too much chlorine and my black swimsuit was ruined. I have shared this with the mgmt company.

This home was very clean and well kept in a nice quiet neighborhood. The check in/out process was seamless and the host was very responsive with great communication and answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend booking this house if you are wanting to be near the U of A. Campus. It only took us a few minutes drive to get there. College visit success! Thanks again and I would most definitely book this house in the future.

This property was perfect for our stay in Fayetteville. We were in town for a summer camp at the University of Arkansas and so pleased with the location and convenience to everything (the university, food, breweries, grocery shopping, and hiking trails). The house was awesome and just as listed. The beds and linens were amazing, we all slept so well. The laundry on the main floor and the second floor were a welcome convenience. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the porch and hot tub as well, and the grill made it easy for dinner a couple of nights. The check-in/out process was seamless and communication and response time were impeccable. We will stay here again when we’re back. It felt like home!

Enjoying NW AR!

Everything about Solitude Retreat was wonderful! The house was gorgeous and was perfect for everything - a little remote working and visiting with family. Great location and easy to get around.

Weekend getaway

The house was beautiful. It was close to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The master bath was like a spa! The beds were comfortable. It was a great place to stay.

Beautiful New Home

Solitude Retreat was absolutely perfect! The home was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The host were great and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Also this home was in a great quiet neighborhood and very close to dining and other activities. We would definitely stay here again.
