Custom Builder just completely remodeled this Mountain Chalet! ...with Hot Tub!

This recently renovated, luxurious Wintergreen home with Hot Tub, is located on a quiet street, on the side of the mountain w/ close proximity to both ski and hiking adventures.

Our home is recently renovated by the owner, who is a retired custom home builder. The home is tastefully decorated with comfort and spaciousness in mind.
The kitchen has new custom build cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and furnished for in-house cooking for your family. The dining area comfortably seats 7 people and additional outdoor seating is available thru the sliding doors to the outside wrap-around deck, which also has a char-broil grill and hot tub.
Our home has vaulted ceilings throughout including the family room which has a new gas fireplace, leather sofa and chair, as well as a copy of the original Jefferson Chair. Other home upgrades also include new floors, and central heat. Typically the mountain temps are cool and comfortable, however, if it gets too warm, we also have newly installed central A/C and ceiling fans through out the house to keep the house cool.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached bathroom with granite countertop, new walk in shower and tile floor. The second bedroom w/ queen bed adjacent to the hall bathroom with granite countertop, walk-in shower and tile floors.
Loft bedroom is tastefully furnished with a pull-out trundle bed(s) and comfortable Maxdivani folding sofa that easily converts to a queen size bed, which provides a spacious loft, while accommodating sleeping area up to 4 people.
Our renovation also includes a large foyer/entrance with ample space for boots, jackets, helmets and shoes, while we ask you to store your snowboards, poles and skiis outside in the “ski closet” by the front door. (lock and keys provided). Following CDC guidelines we recommend that all guests remove shoes when entering the property and leave them in the foyer, we have provided the room specifically for this purpose.
Although many of our quests love the peace and quiet of life in the mountains we have Wifi and a flatscreen (Smart TV) ready to be accessed to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts. In addition, we have several family friendly games and puzzles available.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, antibacterial/hand soap, bath soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Also provided is coffee filters, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer.
Due to the requirements of the COVID-19 cleaning protocol, please note that we have removed all throw blankets and decorative pillows, and replaced them with washable pillows. Washable cushions are also available for the patio furniture.

For the winter ski season: our home is located approximately 200 yards from the lower Tyro Slope and has an access point 1/2 way down the Tyro slope. However, since Wintergreen does not have night skiing on (lower) Tyro , we recommend that guests check the Wintergreen snow report to ensure there is snow on the (lower) Tyro slope.
