The open floor plan offers plenty of space to relax, and the floor to ceiling windows offers stunning views of the Hermosa Cliffs. The aspen grove off the 400 sq ft back deck provides an impressive color display as the seasons change. Get out and enjoy our beautiful San Juan Mountains or snuggle up by the fire with a good book-- It's a perfect spot to getaway. (**No trailers/pull behind permitted.**)

This is a great place to stay. They are serious when you need 4x4 to get up the drive way. Especially if it snows.

Durango Trip

We totally relaxed and enjoyed our kids and grandkids at Jean's place. Jean went out of her way to accommodate us when we had to change a few plans. Kitchen included most of what we needed to cook some big family meals. We hope we have the opportunity to come back in the future! Jean is a great host!

Spring Break stay for a family

Easy process and very interactive host. Very warm and comfortable home. With lots of snow, driveway proved challenging for Texans.

Delightful stay in Durango

This home was an ideal set up for our holiday stay. With 5 adults, 1 teen and a 3 yr old, everyone had private space. The kitchen was well equipped for a short term rental. The views were breathtaking and the location is just minutes from Purgatory. The host was super responsive. All in all it was an A+ and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
