The property comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a tri-bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single bed on the top, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area with air conditioning, an indoor fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials such as pantry staples, tea, coffee, and cooking utensils. Entertainment is provided with a TV featuring Foxtel, Netflix, and Stan, along with Wi-Fi for connectivity. Outdoors, the property boasts a private patio and balcony, a large garden where pets are welcome, and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, laundry liquid, and an outdoor clothesline. Saturn Sands is conveniently located near the ocean, shops, restaurants, nightlife, and five nearby beaches, including a patrolled surf beach in summer, with boating and fishing at Anderson Inlet and hiking opportunities at Wilsons Promontory National Park and the Point Smythe Walking Track. NO smoking indoors, and please keep pets off the beds and sofas. There is a blanket/mattress protector under the liftable couch to put on the sofa for dogs to sleep on, or alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own dog bed.
