Très bon séjour , appartement agréable même si c’est un peu petit . Il est bien situé , à quelques pas du bord de mer . Les équipements sont suffisants , la descente de douche est un peu raide , à modifier .

Très joli petit appartement, très bien aménagé. Terrasse très agréable ensoleillée le matin. Très proche plage (3min à pieds) et promenade Marcel Proust. La présence de 2 bons restos proches sur la promenade (Le beau site, Le biquet's), et les commerces à 10min à pieds complètent très bien le séjour. Marine est vraiment adorable, de très bons conseils. Très bons contacts également avec Frédéric le propriétaire. Il y a une gamelle pour le chien , un sèche -cheveux qui m'a bien dépanné, de la vaisselle moderne en excellent état. Hormis les draps et serviettes qu'on n'avait pas pris, tout est là pour dépanner (sel, huile, cacao, pastilles lave-vaisselle....). On était troisle chien (c'est un peu serré) Très franchement, si on revient à Cabourg à deux, je reprends la même location avec les mêmes interlocuteurs . Merci !!

Die Strandnähe und der Aufzug waren für uns und unseren alten Hund sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, die Wohnung geschickt eingerichtet. Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände funktionieren, sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der Hausflur wurde renoviert, gestrichen und neuer Boden verlegt, das war störend.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, der Strand mit der Strandpromenade - sehr schön!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Sie war nicht sehr sauber und der Geruch war alles andere als angenehm. Gut, dass es einen Balkon gibt und Strandstühle und dass das Wetter super war, so dass wir uns nicht lange in der Wohnung aufhalten brauchten.

En hiver il ne faut pas s'attendre à beaucoup de beau teps Mais les balades sur les plages restent magiques et puis si la pluie s'invite de trop il y a la découverte des mémorial du débarquement. Tellement chargé d'émotions Merci à Marine pour son accueil

Logement non adapté aux familles

La communication avec la conciergerie était très bien, cela dit le logement n’était pas du tout adaptée a une famille de 4 même si les enfants ont 5 et 9 ans : - ballon d’eau chaude ne fonctionne que sommairement même en marche forcée ( seule réponse du propriétaire) même en faisant attention nous pu faire qu’une douche sur 4. - douche complément bouchée - remontée de canalisation - cuisine mal ajustée (impossible d’ouvrir le friser) - 2 chaînes de TV ( compliqué lors des journées humides) Nous avons écourté notre séjour d’une journée, Ne pouvant plus supporter les prestations proposées. Aucun geste ni même un message du propriétaire. Il est facile de faire de la location saisonnière on sent qu’il ne s’agit que de faire du chiffre sans faire d’efforts sur la qualité du Logement. Pour conclure : nous arrêtons ce type de location et nous privilégierons des nuitées à l’hôtel…

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés que notre appartement n’ait pas été conformes à vos attentes. Nous avons effectivement eu un problème de ballon d’eau chaude que nous avons changé . Quand au reste de votre commentaire, je ne peux l’entendre . Vous pouvez vérifier notre note de 4,84/5 pour plus de 80 commentaires sur un autre site de location. Quand à la télévision et le freezer, je ne comprends pas votre commentaire . Il y a le câble et le réfrigérateur fonctionne très bien !

Great Base In Cabourg

Nice neat apartment in a great location for Cabourg beach & the rest of Normandy. Not enormous, but very nicely appointed. Frederic & Regis couldn't have been more responsive and helpful, so overall a great experience.
