Escape to our charming character cottage, a true Papamoa Beach gem! Featuring original native wood finishes, stained glass windows, and a cozy fireplace, this bungalow offers a unique blend of comfort and style. Enjoy the convenience of being directly across from the lovely Papamoa Beach and a short stroll to local shops. With two spacious decks and a conservatory, there's plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun and enjoy alfresco living with a BBQ available as well. Two living areas provide ample room for families or groups alike.

The Space:
This spacious cottage offers 3 sizable bedrooms , a bathroom that has a bath and basin and off the laundry there is the toilet and shower. Offering two living areas you can choose to cosy up in front of the fireplace in the winter months ( available May to September) or relax in the front lounge room which opens onto the deck area. Out the back there is another deck area which draws in the afternoon sun to retreat too.
