We had an amazing time at the house. It’s gorgeous, very comfortable and well equipped. Danny and Heidi were fantastic hosts — communication was always transparent, friendly and timely. The only issue we experienced was with the pool heating system. One of the reasons we booked the house was because it was listed as having a heated pool, which felt important given Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. Unfortunately, the pool was cold during our stay and we couldn’t really enjoy it. Danny did try to contact the owner to resolve the issue but it couldn’t be fixed during our visit, which was a bit of a bummer.Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the house.
