Island Tower 2002 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with spectacular gulf-front views from the 20th floor. Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores.



Unit amenities:



• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living area has a queen sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features two twin beds



• Complimentary beach service with two chairs are included for the season.



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed



• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property



Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Cigarette cans are provided for proper disposal only.

Unit itself was decently nice. Walked in, smelled super clean. But, came to find gum on lampshades, floors made feet black instantly. Bring your own pillows as the ones provided are 1/3 the size of an average pillow. Was really excited about all of the amenities, but outdoor pool was closed the day of check in and remained closed entire week, indoor pool was very small. Had the unit not been on sale the week we booked, I would be a little upset.

Our condo was amazing. The view is incredible. We sat on the very large balcony in comfortable chairs just watching the sunrise, sunsets and the ocean. The condo itself was beautiful. It was large and nicely done. We used only 2 of the 3 bedrooms but they were very comfortable and there was tons of closet and cabinet space. We loved every minute of our stay. It was tough to leave!
