Holiday family reunion

This property is new, spacious, spotlessly clean and has beautiful views of surrounding forest. Our multi-generational family group of 9 enjoyed it very much. We went on three beautiful hikes in nearby Yosemite National Park, on the Lewis Creek Trail and on the fire road above the house.

Fish Camp Stay with Great views.

The house is virtually brand new. There are amazing views from every room in the house. Only 10 minutes away from the South Entrance to Yosemite National Park. Plenty of bathrooms for a large family and places to sleep. Would recommend to all.

Incredible views, great location for Yosemite

The pictures posted don't do this place justice. INCREDIBLE views in every room! Our family loved our stay here. It was just 10 minutes away from the South Yosemite entrance and a slightly longer drive to Oakhurst (groceries and restaurants). There was even a small room with a crib for our toddler. Would absolutely come back!

Awesome place

The loggers retreat was a great place well furnished. The owners had many extra amenities such as toiletries, spices, food items, and other things that made our stay much easier. David and his wife were very accommodating to our family during our stay as we had some vehicle issues. Every time I messaged David he was quick to respond which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Yosemite Haven

The Logger's Retreat was an incredible place for our two family party to stay. The home was incredibly well stocked with anything you could need. The hosts were so responsive, kind, and helpful. The view alone is worth it! We were able to enjoy the rugged beauty of Yosemite and then return to our comfy, air-conditioned home stay. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back! Thank you Logger's Retreat for an unforgettable first trip to Yosemite!

Loggers Retreat 2.0 is Even Better Than Before!

We stayed in Loggers Retreat a few times in the early 2000's & the last time was in 2009 with our nieces & their parents. We all returned this Thanksgiving Weekend, 2023 & loved it even more! We were so sad to hear about the fire.& so glad to hear about the rebuild. Loggers Retreat 2.0 is Even Better Than Before! Thanks For The Memories!

Spectacular Views

The Loggers Retreat was the perfect place for our family of 11.The views from all the rooms were gorgeous, with the upstairs bedroom having a panoramic view. We enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub, and we were able to see the Big Dipper, Little Dipper and the Milky Way. Our host, David, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group. This is undoubtedly the best VRBO home that I have ever stayed in!
