The house is in a quiet location but close to everything - just a short 12 minute stroll will have you at the lakefront in central Wanaka.
There are playgrounds and parks close by, and the boat ramp is just down the hill.
The house has a sunny relaxed vibe, indoor/outdoor living with an enclosed outdoor lawn area safe for children. Good BBQ area with outdoor table.
There are three bedrooms: a master with a comfortable king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom which has a king single and a pop-up trundler, which can be joined together to make a king.
Recently renovated bathroom with a separate loo.
There is room to park a boat on the section and a car in the driveway as well as loads of street parking in front of the house or on the side cul-de-sac.
