Thank you for taking the time to share such a fantastic review, we really appreciate it! We're so glad the place suited your family perfectly, from the new construction and appliances to the private garaging below the townhouse. It's great to hear the A/C kept things comfortable during that hot SLC week, and that the location near the mountains worked well for you, it really is a great spot year-round.

A pleasant and new home. The building has four units in the front (this is the rightmost) and four more in the back. Well located, about 20 mins I to downtown. Well furnished, with nice and new appliances, and a particularly well equipped kitchen, with a very nice gas stove. Like many SLC homes, it's on a wide street that gets lots of traffic, so there"s significant road noise, particularly in the living room and master bedroom if the windows are open. Responsive communication from the host. All good.
