The property is a beautiful new home with a view of the grand Tetons out a corner window. It is well stocked and the location is very convenient to town and nature activities. It is in a new neighborhood that currently has new homes being built. There is a local park and trail close by to enjoy. My review is only 4 stars because some amenities (or lack of) are left out of the description. This duplex consists of an upper and lower unit. Not a side by side units. The property for rent is the upper unit so there is a full flight of stairs to get to all living spaces. It’s a beautiful property but maybe not for everyone. The other thing that really was disappointing is that there is no outdoor space. There is a gas grill on a 4x4 front porch and a small back yard shared with the neighbor. Plan on bringing your bag chairs if you want to sit outside and enjoy the weather, Tetons or stars. I missed that fact in the description and that was a big disappointment for me. It was well stocked. Beds are comfy. The blinds are light filtering so you will be awakened early as the bedrooms face East. The communication with check in procedures was slow. I had to request them 2 times but that might be VRBO issue. The local manager was available when I reached out to her.
