Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, a liquor store, shops, and a supermarket. A free public bus stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel. South Padre Island is renowned for its vibrant beach culture and diverse array of recreational activities. Whether you're into water sports, fishing, or simply strolling along the shore, you'll find plenty to do. Nearby, you can explore local restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, making it easy to experience the island's lively atmosphere.

The updated interior features a spacious living area with a 72" Smart TV with a DVD player, a fireplace, sliding glass doors that open up to the serene sound of the waves, and even a door to the patio directly from the primary bedroom. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped, beautifully designed kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Also enjoy the wooden ship bar, complete with captain's chairs for preparing your favorite beverages, then dine in style at the table or enjoy a quick snack at the kitchen bar. The primary bedroom offers a seating area, a make-up vanity, and a Smart TV.

**Suntide III started improvement work on September 17, 2025, and the project is scheduled to continue through February 26, 2026. Factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve:

Balcony Patio Renovation for all units ending in 03, 04, and 05

North and South elevator shafts

A/C unit condenser storages spalling and waterproofing work. The planned work will require the movement of the exterior air conditioner units, affecting the A/C service availability in units ending in 01 & 02, and 9 & 10

Staircase & Elevator Access
One of the staircases will always be accessible and one elevator will remain in operation during the renovation period, as follows:
- The north elevator and north staircase will be available for the public during the work on the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work
- The south elevator and south staircase will be available for the public during the work on the north elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work

Emergency exit signs and evacuation routes will be posted during the renovation period; the outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will remain open and accessible. Adjustments to access points are expected, along with scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project

Girls get-away

Simply Beautiful! Impressed with cleanliness. Love how all remotes were labeled. Easy check in/ check out. Beds were comfortable. Immediately able to navigate televisions. Would absolutely stay again.
