About this property
Cozy Apartment in Rosemont. Pet friendly !
Fully furnished and well-situated 3rd floor apartment. I will travel outside of Montreal, so it's a temporary sublet for up to 6 months. The place is fully equipped, including kitchen, TV, queen bed, etc. The price includes everything, no other fees to pay.
This apartment includes a bathroom, open concept kitchen + living room. The office and bedroom are a former double room that has been closed off. They are connected by a large window which can be completely closed. Two balconies.
Access to the green, orange, and blue subway lines by bus. Rosemont is a nice residential neighborhood. Close to a large park (Père Marquette) and a popular bike path. Just outside of the Plateau, not far from commercial streets like Mont-Royal, St-Hubert Plaza, rue Masson, rue Beaubien. Lots of great cafés, bakeries and gyms nearby. Plants, exercise equipment, office, everything you need to be comfortable.
