Steve and Kelly have maintained superhost level for many years, across numerous locations including Rosewood Retreat in Tauranga. They have now starting to launch and operate Still Water Edge properties around Lake Rotorua, The first this highly sort apartment is our first offering in Rotorua.

Over on the west side of the lake we have a new development in plan due to open in March 2027 again an edge of water bespoke accommodation offering secluded water access.

We have travelled extensively- This year 2025 included Japan and China
Enjoy Hannahs Bay, its local spas and superb walks and restaurants.

Trout fishing early morning late evening after spending the day enjoying activities Rotorua has to offer.
