The maintenance crew was very polite and professional and did a great job mowing cleaning and taking care of the property and were friendly when we interacted with them.We loved the view and the ease of being able to walk out to the grass and walking path to the beach from the unit. The layout was very good, and the kitchen had some really good pots and pans to prepare food which was important because we were 8 people and prepared all 3 meals every day.

Our family had a great time. Pleasant and helpful staff. Easy beach access. Pools nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Condo itself could use updates and a deep clean.

All Employees were Polite, Professional and attentive to any questions.

The rooms were adequate to our needs. The first appearance was spacious but we had to sweep the areas. I would recommend that the table should be updated. I would suggest that a much safer or bigger chairs. My grandson fell and my wife almost fell. I did report that some of the outlets were not working properly. We did report that the water and ice maker was not working on the refrigerator. We did encounter some roaches maybe exterminating was needed prior to rooms being occupied.We are return rentals and will continue to stay in your building.
