This cosy two-bedroom home is the perfect base for your next Warrnambool beach escape. Conveniently located on Timor Street, you’ll be just minutes from the town centre, Lake Pertobe, and Surfside Beach—everything you need for a relaxed coastal getaway.
Entry and parking are available via Bayview Terrace. Step inside to a comfortable open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that’s ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the beach or local shops. The kitchen is equipped with all the expected mod cons with plenty of cupboard and counter space.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers a single—perfect for a couple, small family or a couple of friends. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, and you’ll also have access to a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Beach Retreat is only a short walk to the Info Centre at Flagstaff Hill, now with great new cafe and offering a drop-off / pick-up point on courtesy bus route during the Port Fairy Folk Festival. There is also easy access to Lake Pertobe and the Beach, perfect for long summer days or whale watching over winter
