The ground-floor layout with a private entrance keeps things uncomplicated from the moment you arrive. Sliding glass doors connect the interior to a terrace overlooking the water, letting the sea breeze carry through while you settle in. Whether you're heading to the beach or coming back sun-warmed and sandy, the first-floor position makes every transition effortless.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed dressed in fresh linens. For additional guests, the living area offers a sofa that converts into a queen-size pull bed with a memory foam mattress - a thoughtful setup that keeps everyone comfortable.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and eat in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space, and the open layout between the kitchen and living areas makes mealtimes feel easy and unhurried, whether you're feeding two or four.
 
Living space
The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in a single open environment filled with coastal light. A 75" HDTV with Fubo TV and WiFi keep you entertained indoors, and both air conditioning and heating ensure the condo stays comfortable through any shift in weather.
 
Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower along with a hair dryer, hot water, and bathroom essentials to keep your daily routine running smoothly.
 
Amenities & practical details
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and a full set of essentials - including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided for your stay. Home safety equipment includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Self check-in via smart lock, a private entrance, and one free parking space on premises make arrival and day-to-day logistics simple.
 
Community & recreation
As part of The Players Club at TPC Sawgrass, the condo includes access to a community pool and clubhouse. Guests may book their own tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards, where tennis and pickleball courts are also available to reserve.

Positioned along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo sits within easy reach of coastal dining, boutique shopping, and the world-renowned golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are both a short drive away - ideal for a day of exploring before returning to a quiet waterfront setting.
